12 Week Nutrition Plan Over
the 12 weeks, I will explain the importance of proper nutrition and will figure out what type of diet works best
for your body type. After you fill out my indepth Nutrition Survey, I will schedule us a meeting (in person or
via phone) to establish your current nutrition level and your goals. From there I will be able to design a personalized
12-week nutrition plan tailored to fit your needs. I will provide detailed meal plans, including what to eat,
when to eat, and explain why you are eating it.
To get the most out of this package, I will follow up with
you at the end of the first and second month to review your progress and decide if any adjustments need to be made.
Finally, at the end of the 12-week period we will meet and decide whether you want to continue on with the Nutrition
Maintenance Plan.

Nutrition Maintenance Plan This program is designed for those who have already gone through my 12-Week Nutrition Plan and would like
my continued assistance in creating additional meal plans. If you liked the results you saw with my 12-Week Plan, this
is the perfect option for you. It doesn't get any easier than this! Based on the diet plan we've discovered
works best for you, I will design further meal plans for you on a one month, 3 month, or 6 month basis.
I will be checking in at the end of each month and make changes if necessary in order to maximize your results.
You will also be able to contact me at any time you have questions. Take the guess work out of planning your meals,
and let me do it for you!
