Personalized Exercise Routines You may be
interested in a new routine, but do not want a personal trainer. This is where my Personalized Exercise Routines
come in. This service allows you to train alone while trying a new routine. I develop individual workouts in
4 week, 8 week, and 12 week routines. Changing your workout every couple of weeks enables you to maximize results
in the gym and prevents you from reaching a plateau. This service includes free email consultation and you'll be
able to contact me whenever you have any questions.

In-home
Personal Training This type of training is an extended
version of the Personalized Exercise Routine. Not only will I develop your personalized strength training routine, I
will be there to take you through it. If you are in the northern CA area, I am available for in-home training.
If you aren't getting the results you want out of your current workout, or are a novice looking to start a program, my
in-home training is for you! I am available to come to your work, home, or gym. With in-home training, I will
be able to monitor proper lifting form and technique, help you maintain training intensity, and push you through those last
hard reps!
