My training philosophy is simple:  train hard, train heavy, train intense!  Regardless of your goals or level of fitness, I believe you should push your personal limits each time you step into the gym.  Consider your workouts that time to concentrate on your health and improve yourself.  One more rep, one more set, 5 more minutes!  You should end your workout with the feeling that you could not have done anymore.  That's why having a personal trainer is so important: to push you through that last set, rep, or 5 minutes.  It takes dedication, motivation, and perserverence to achieve your fittest you.  Let me help!

Personalized Exercise Routines
You may be interested in a new routine, but do not want a personal trainer.  This is where my Personalized Exercise Routines come in.  This service allows you to train alone while trying a new routine.  I develop individual workouts in 4 week, 8 week, and 12 week routines.   Changing your workout every couple of weeks enables you to maximize results in the gym and prevents you from reaching a plateau.  This service includes free email consultation and you'll be able to contact me whenever you have any questions.

In-home Personal Training
This type of training is an extended version of the Personalized Exercise Routine.  Not only will I develop your personalized strength training routine, I will be there to take you through it.  If you are local to the Lehigh Valley, I am available for in-home training.  If you aren't getting the results you want out of your current workout, or are a novice looking to start a program, my In-Home training is for you!  I am available to come to your work, home, or gym, or you may come workout in my in-home personal training studio.  With In-Home training, I will be able to monitor proper lifting form and technique, help you maintain training intensity, and push you through those last hard reps!

Exercise Routine Maintenance
If you have already received a Personalized Exercise Program from me and would periodically like an updated routine, this service is for you.  Always make sure that you are constantly changing up your routine and challenging yourself to maximize your training results and reach your fit potential!
