and in tat time she has been very instrumental in my training towards goals I have set for myself. Because of her, I
have experienced personal achievements that I never would have dreamed of, both physically and mentally.
Angie is a motivator and she pushes you in such a way that you not only want to please her, but you also feel
better about yourself. She is very knowledgeable regarding nutritional aspects of specific training. She really
knows what she's talking about.

I always wanted to be in good shape and be healthy
but I never had the motivation or dedication to go through the challenge. Some of the thoughts I had were not to sacrifice
the food I eat, my valuable time, and the money I would have to pay. I was willing to take a risk and challenge myself by
joining a fitness center and applying for a personal trainer. At the time, I was introduced to Angie who came to be a very
motivating, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest person regarding the workouts, good form, nutrition, and time management.
During my workouts, she pushed me to my limits to see how dedicated I was and that motivated me to want to do
better and impress her every time I increased my weight-lifting capabilities and form. She is very patient and strong-minded
about having good form in the workouts so that I may get the most effective workout every time I set foot in the fitness center.
She impressed me with her knowledge on nutrition because I didn’t necessarily have to sacrifice the foods I eat, I just
had to limit and inform myself about different types of food, consumption, and frequency of what I eat. I always arrived on
time for my workout sessions, so that I can absorb and learn every second of information that Angie taught me. Each second
of her time was worth every penny I paid. I can say honestly that my personal training sessions were an investment to my body

Angie has been a fitness professional at our fitness center for 6 years
and has gained a reputation as being one of the best personal trainers we have! She takes time to evaluate
each individual’s personal goals to develop a very specialized program, and before starting any program, makes sure
she has identified any of her clients’ areas of concern; for example, tender knees, weak back, or a painful shoulder.
One of the things I really enjoy about working with Angie is the circuit training approach she has taken with me.
After my warm-up, we immediately get into my program. My heart rate remains elevated throughout
my entire workout, so not only am I getting a great weight training workout, I’m sneaking in cardio training as well!

Angie has been the ideal personal trainer for me. She
took the time to understand not only my fitness goals but also my health and travel limitations to develop a program uniquely
suited for me. I have high blood pressure and Angie was very aware of the effects of weight training on blood pressure.
She put together several sets of training exercises which worked all body parts and had no impact on my blood pressure.
The program can also be modified and easily performed while traveling. Angie is very encouraging and pushes me to achieve

For many
years I did not use a personal trainer because I thought that I worked out very hard on my own. Then I saw a friend
at the gym in a personal training session with Angie and it looked really hard and really fun. So, I signed up.
I am so glad that I did! From the very first workout I could not believe how much harder I worked with Angie as my personal
trainer than I did on my own. I am so much stronger than I thought I was and I can do so much more with the encouragement
and support of a personal trainer than I ever did on my own. Having someone to watch my form and spot me has proved
very helpful. When I worked out on my own I tended to do the same routine over and over. With Angie my workouts
